Intelligence Sources confirm that Brazil is now deploying its armed forces to the border of Venezuela.
As most of you know by now, I spent 15 years with the FBI, my final five years with its Joint Terrorism Task Force where I handled national security, terrorism and foreign counter-intelligence. You may also recall that I was granted "full operational authority" in matters of Extra-territorial (outside the US) work, by the Office of Intelligence at FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC.
In those years, I developed close working relationships with others in the Intelligence Community in foreign countries; relationships I maintain to this very day.
Once again, it pays off: The video below has come to me from sources inside the Brazilian Army showing the deployment of troops, armor, and artillery to the Brazil border with Venezuela.
This video from Colombia TV News, shows troops massing in Cúcuta, Colombia and in the background is a U.S. KC767 military aircraft.
Cúcuta is a town in Colombia which sits directly on the border with Venezuela.
Colombia and Brazil do not deploy their troops and armor for no reason.
The US does not send KC767's to those deployment areas for no reason either.
The Venezuela situation grows worse by the hour and the likelihood of foreign military intervention into Venezuela worsens each day.
President Trump has made no secret of the fact that he feels sending military to Venezuela is "an option."
Today, I can also confirm the President has turned down Maduro's request for meeting.
No talk=politics by other means.
