UPDATED 9:44 AM (SEE BOTTOM) -- An Army soldier has killed at least ten people in a mass shooting and is believed to be holed up inside a shopping mall.
The soldier is still at large and has been posting photos and videos on social media during his rampage in Korat in eastern Thailand.
Wearing a military helmet and uniform, he said in one video clip that he was exhausted from shooting his victims.
He said: "I’m tired now. I can’t move my finger anymore."
Horrifying footage captured by witnesses shows the gunman firing a number of rounds into a crowd as people flee in terror.
A number of people were killed inside the Terminal 21 Korat shopping mall.
The dead are said to include taxi drivers and a student.
The soldier is said to have stolen a military Humvee from his base and armed himself with an assault rifle during the killing spree.

The shooter has now moved up to the 4th floor in Terminal 21 in Khorat. He reportedly has 16 hostages.

At least 21 people are dead and 42 others injured after a Thai soldier opened fire Saturday in a popular city just north of Bangkok, reports say. Officials said Saturday night the suspected gunman, who had been holed up inside the mall where the shooting took place, has been fatally shot.
